  • Gather important documents referencing history of home:






          Utility service providers

          HOA information (Name & phone number)

  • De-clutter home

  • Depersonalize (i.e. remove/reduce family pictures)

  • Paint (if needed) or touch-up paint

  • Remove or secure valuables

  • Clean house

  • Gather two spare keys for Realtor/Broker
